Dr. O'Rourke and her staff have taken care of our mini-Poodle, Cosmo, for 19yrs. The office visits have been friendly and professional ever since he was a 10 week old puppy. Each phase of his life span has been carefully monitored. As Cosmo aged and needed to see Drs. Szydlowski and Moore more frequently these past 4 months, the kindness; gentleness demonstrated by them and the staff, was heartwarming. Sadly, Cosmo was at the point last week where the difficult decision had to be made. Dr. O'Rourke and her assistants were there to support, guide and assist every step of the way. The empathy shared was beyond compare. The time given for us to stay with our beloved dog before, during and after the procedure in a respectful & personal manner was allotted. Emotional Care was given to Cosmo- and to us, with follow-up afterwards. We will be forever grateful for the support, provision of time to grieve without being rushed, and the heartfelt words shared.
